If there are issues with your order (file issues, or timing issues due to holidays, rush, staffing, shipping), we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. This does not guarantee your order will ship within 24 hours, but we will do our best to make sure we get it to you when you need it by! If you need your order guaranteed to arrive by a certain date though, please mention it in the order notes and we’ll try to make sure that happens.
