48 Hour Turnaround Time
72 Hour Turnaround Time (as of 4/13/21)
We are currently experiencing a high volume of Rush orders and have temporarily adjusted our turnaround time to 72 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this status as soon as possible.
~98% of all standard orders are printed and shipped in 2 business days of receiving your order.
Please be aware that shipping may take longer than expected due to worldwide shipping carrier delays.
- Shipping time is not included in the 48 hour turn around time.
- 48 hours refers to 2 business days and does not include weekends or holidays. IE, if your order comes in over the weekend, it is counted as coming in on Monday, meaning your order will most likely ship on Wednesday.
- Use the Rush Processing in checkout and put in the date you need your order to arrive by, if you need arrival by a specific date.
— Local pickup orders will be available for pickup the day after they would normally ship.
— Extreme weather conditions / Acts of God may cause delays in our ability to process orders.
— Special custom items (Custom Orders, Custom engraved dice, special sorting/instructions, etc.) typically take longer to process.
— If you ask for special inspection/checking of any items that are part of your order, need to make changes to your order after it is placed, sent us print files that are not correctly formatted, or have not sent all the print files required to complete your order, your order may take longer to process.
— Picture proofs (see our FAQ page) will be ready by the end of the 48 hours, but the full order will still take 48 hours after the proof is approved if there are no other delays in processing your order.
— Orders over $500 (before discounts) do not count as standard orders and may take longer than usual to print and ship. Estimate 1 extra day of processing time for the picture proof and for every additional $250.
