You agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
We accept PayPal or checks as payment for orders. For checks, the order will not ship until the payment is received and cleared. For PayPal eChecks, we will not ship until the payment clears.
Changing an Order / File Uploads
If you need to change the quantities or parts in an order, send us an email. If the order is not shipped, we can probably change it for you. There will be a $5 charge in addition to the cost of the items being added. If you want to place another order, we can combine the orders and you can save shipping costs.
Any files you upload may be printed as is. If the files are not formatted correctly, the final product may be printed incorrectly. We try to check the files as they come in, but we may not catch all errors. Please double check your files before uploading, and read all formatting pages before uploading!
Shipping and Processing Terms
We strive to ship orders as soon as possible, however we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. If you need an order to arrive by a particular date, contact us first! Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order placed on our site, not the paypal address. Larger orders or custom orders are not covered under our standard 48 hour guarantee. For international orders, you are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. All printed products on this site are hand made. So some pages/cards/tiles/boards may not be lined up perfectly or cut perfectly. Your game should be playable. If there are missing pieces, please let us know. If the printing is off such that the game is unplayable, we can replace whatever pieces need to be replaced. However, having the backs of the cards not be exactly the same shade/cut in exactly the same place – that is not replaceable. We don’t promise exact color matching or color registration. If you have concerns about the quality, please ask beforehand. Our tolerances for die cut pieces, cards, boards, etc. is 2mm. (Some items, such as boxes have a higher tolerance amount) This means that artwork can be shifted up to 2mm before being cut. This is why we have bleed and recommend nothing inside of our 2mm tolerance lines. Note that usually we do better than that. Stock bits (plastic, wood, etc.) may have slight variations in size and color due to different batches.
Custom printed orders may not be returned for any reason.
Game parts and/or blank die cut parts may be returned by the buyer, and a refund (minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee) will be given once the items are received back. Please order samples first before placing a large order.
Print + Play or Published games may not be returned for any reason. Replacement pieces will be sent out if the game is missing any pieces.
